How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?
With our advanced hot water extraction equipment we avoid overwetting. Most carpets are dry within 1–4 hours, depending on thickness and ventilation.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, child and pet safe products. We can discuss any specific sensitivities when you book.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 100% no-risk guarantee: if you are not satisfied we will re-clean at no extra cost or refund your payment.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Surrey, London, the South East and Home Counties from our base in Ottershaw. We cover Chertsey, Staines, Weybridge, Walton, Kingston, Richmond, Woking, Epsom, Virginia Water, Ascot and many more. We also undertake larger projects throughout the South East. Are you insured?
Yes. We have full public liability insurance and are SafeContractor approved.
Do you clean upholstery and other surfaces?
Yes. We clean carpets, upholstery (sofas, chairs, mattresses), stone and tile, LVT and vinyl, and offer commercial cleaning.
Can you remove stubborn stains?
We use specialist stain and odour treatments. Results depend on the stain type and how long it has been there. We will advise when we assess.
Do you offer stain guard protection?
Yes. We can apply stain guard protection to carpets and upholstery after cleaning to help repel future stains.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you do end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. We offer end of tenancy carpet and floor cleaning for landlords and tenants.
Are you certified?
We are Advanced Members of the NCCA (No. 1976), IICRC certified, and SafeContractor approved.
