We recommend a yearly deep hot water extraction clean of all carpeted areas, and every 3-6 months (depending on foot traffic) a maintenance clean using low moisture bonnet cleaning on walkways and high traffic areas.

Hard floor deep cleaning, we recommend annually to clean, buff, shine and cleaning of grout lines. We also offer polish and sealing of hard floors to keep them cleaner for longer.
