We continue to stay up to date with the latest techniques and are proud advanced members of NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) - the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the cleaning & maintenance of carpets, hard flooring and soft furnishings. We are required to abide by the Association’s Code of Practice, which is designed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. We're also SafeContractor accredited (SSIP certification), giving you the reassurance that we meet the highest standards for health and safety. We've also been trained and certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Our certification demonstrates that our technicians have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and competency through rigorous training and evaluation.

How Often Should I Have My Carpets/Upholstery Cleaned?

Carpet and upholstery plays a huge role in our environment - its a big investment. Maintain them for as long as you can, keeping them smelling pleasant and soil free for a clean environment and they'll last and look great for a long time to come. The only way of keeping your carpets and furnishings pristine and long lasting is to take good care of them. We recommend that you have carpets and upholstery professionally deep cleaned every 12 to 18 months. This is a general rule of thumb, and it can be different for every home or commercial space, depending on various circumstances. We are always happy to advise.

Is It Worth Having My Carpets Professionally Cleaned?

With a wide range of 'at home' carpet cleaning machines available, you may be tempted to do it yourself rather than hire a professional carpet cleaning company. However, doing it yourself will not be as effective as when it is professionally done. DIY machines cannot heat the water to the required temperature as our professional machines do. Professional carpet cleaning machines are far more powerful and efficient than any DIY machine. DIY cleaning can result in carpets being left 'wet' after the carpets have been cleaned. This can lead to unpleasant smells and even mould. Our machines will leave your carpets only slightly damp when cleaned and minimal time to dry. You can expect maximum soil removal with fast drying times.

How Long Will My Carpets/Upholstery Take To Dry?

We clean carpets and upholstery all year round! When your carpets have been professionally cleaned, they will only feel slightly damp to the touch initially and will dry quickly. Depending on the carpet/upholstery type (wool, natural fibres or man-made synthetics) can take anywhere from 1-4 hours and upholstery from to 3-6 hours. Our fully trained and skilled technicians will advise you how long your carpets/furnishings will take to dry and how to care for them once we've left. We also use speed dryers where appropriate. To aid the drying times, open your windows a little after the clean, to allow fresh air to circulate around the rooms.

Your carpet, rugs, upholstery, or hard flooring will be cleaned in accordance with approved industry standards of care. Our team will provide you with information and advice, regarding how to care for your carpets and upholstery, post clean.
